Prior Authorization is required for all returns. All non-defective returns should be in original, unmarked packaging, include all instructions, packaging etc. and be resalable as new. Returns to ArtCityPaintball.com of non-defective merchndise before 30 days from the invoice date from ArtCityPaintball.com to the purchaser are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refused shipments will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. If you make a purchase and decide that you no longer want the items before they have been sent out, there will be a 6% restocking fee to cover credit card processing fees.  ArtCityPaintball.com will not accept returns of non-defective merchandise after 30 days. ArtCityPaintball.com is not a warranty repair station. All returns of defective items should be made to the manufacturer after 30 days.

We will process all orders in the order we recieve them. It typically takes 4-6 business days to process orders due to high demand. All orders are then shipped out. If you need your order sooner than what these guidelines suggest, you can always call us to see if we can meet your deadline. We are flexible and will do everything humanly possible to meet your needs! We only retain a certain amount of inventory at a time. If your order can not be completed we will notify you as soon as possible and let you know an estimated date we can ship your order.
