Who is the new Triumph line targeted to?
- The Triumph line of markers is targeted to new or entry-level paintball players looking for a quality marker at an affordable price.
Why were these markers launched under the Triumph brand and why “Triumph by Tippmann?”
- The Tippmann name is synonymous with woodsball and scenario-style play and this new entry-level marker has such a different look that we felt it was important to differentiate the two brands.
- However, the Triumph brand is supported by Tippmann and our longstanding dedication to high-quality, durable products. So, we wanted the affiliation to be clear – thus Triumph by Tippmann.
What is the difference between the XL, XT and eXT Triumph Markers?
- All Triumph markers feature an integrated drop forward design, center feed, double trigger, high impact composite body and soft grip over-mold handles.
- The Triumph XL is our best value at $99 and is sold in a power pack that includes goggles, 9oz canister and a 200 round hopper. The single handle design and 8 ½” barrel provide a lightweight marker with great maneuverability.
- The Triumph XT is offered as a basic marker with hopper at $99 or in a power pack at $129. The XT version features an 11” barrel, double handle for added stability and an expansion chamber for increased performance.
- The Triumph eXT is also offered as a basic marker with hopper at $129 or in a power pack at $159. The eXT includes all the features of the XT version but with an electronic trigger with four firing modes and a top firing speed of 15 BPS.
Is the Triumph line covered under the Tippmann one-year warranty?
- Yes. All Triumph markers are covered under Tippmann’s comprehensive, one-year warranty.
Are these markers easy to maintain and clean?
- Yes. We designed these markers with the first-time player in mind. Maintenance can be done by simply adding some gun oil through the marker’s open breach. If the marker requires further maintenance, we recommend sending it back to Tippmann for repair.
Are there any upgrades available for the Triumph line?
- Most of upgrades are built into the individual models. The XT features an expansion chamber and the eXT has an electronic trigger. The only other Triumph upgrades at this time are the new SSL-200 and AL-200 loaders.
- However, we are considering developing additional accessories in the future.
What type of barrel thread is used on these markers?
- All Triumph markers use the same barrel thread as the 98 Custom.
Can I use my existing hopper (and other accessories) with Triumph?
- Yes. All Triumph markers can take a standard loader or one of the new Triumph e-loaders. You can also add different barrels, but really, these markers are designed to perform right out of the box.
What are the firing rates for these markers?
- The semi-automatic Triumph markers can shoot up to 8 balls-per-second. The Triumph eXT with electronic trigger has four firing modes and can fire up to 15 balls-per-second.
